Boyce Neil Masner, 91, of Cave City passed away Friday, December 23, 2022 in Cave City. He was born May 13, 1931 in Cave City to Tint Oscar Masner and Elvie Jane Johnson Masner. He was an educator in the Memphis Public Schools for over thirty years, served seven years in the United States Army and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cave City. Boyce loved going to church, preaching in the jails, doing missionary work in Germany and traveling.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 64 years, Shirley; one son, Steve Masner; one daughter, Vickie Masner; five brothers, Tint Oscar Masner Jr., Paul Glen Masner, Charles William Masner, Edward Eugene Masner, Jimmy Sloan Masner.

Survivors include one brother, Tommie Lee Masner (Floy) of Cave City; nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 26, 2022, 10:00 A.M. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Ron Canard officiating. Burial will follow in the Maxville Cemetery.

Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will be Monday, December 26, 2022, 9:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home chapel.

Shirley Masner, 84 of Memphis, Tennessee passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021. She was born May 17, 1937 in Burnsville, Mississippi to Louis B. and Blanche Rhodes Watson. She was a homemaker; a retired secretary and an Avon Sales Representative for many years. She was a member of Cherry Road Baptist Church in Memphis and loved her church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Stephen Masner; daughter, Vicky F. Masner; brothers, Charles Watson and Jerry Watson and a sister, Donna Watson-Scott.

Survivors include her husband, Boyce Neil Masner of the home; brother, Bobby Watson (Elaine) of Cleveland, Tennessee; grandchildren, Christina Linares, Christopher Masner and Karen Cox; great grandchildren, Elianna Boucher, Serjio Linares, JoyBella Doolittle and Hyatt Doolittle; great great grandchild, Easton Boucher; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Maxville Cemetery in Cave City.
