1934 - 2010
Bobbye Sue Crowder, 75, died Tuesday, January 26, 2010.
She was born on Tuesday, December 11, 1934 to the late Autry and Syble (Carter) Tarvin in Perryville, Arkansas.
Mrs. Crowder was a graduate of Arkansas State Teachers College, and a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority. She was a longtime teacher, beginning in Haynes, Arkansas and spending most of her career in the North Little Rock School District and then finishing her teaching career in the Pulaski County Special School District. She was a 50 year member of the Order of the Easter Star.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bill Crowder; three daughters, Kay Richards and husband John of Scott, Lisa Marshall of Cabot, and Lori Lytle and husband Jack of Little Rock; two grandchildren, Jennifer Rogers and husband Ryan of Fayetteville, and David Barnett of Little Rock; and a brother, Larry Tarvin and wife Mimi of Little Rock.
Services were held at St. Marks Episcopal Church in Little Rock.
Cremation arrangements were by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway.
