BENTONVILLE — Harold Eugene Bailey, 67, of Bentonville, Ark., died Feb. 28, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice, Bentonville. Born Oct. 23, 1946, in Humnoke, Ark., he was the son of Glen Bailey and Della Frazier Bailey.

On Aug. 30, 1971, he married Joanne Duncan in Stilwell, Okla. He worked in the printing and mailing department at Walmart for over 30 years. He attended Eastside Assembly Church of Bentonville, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Bentonville, a Cub Scout leader and a Rainbow Dad.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Joanne of the home; two daughters, Penny Jo Almond and husband, Joey, of Hot Springs, Ark., and Jerrie Leann Foster and husband, David, of Centerton, Ark.; one son, Virgil Nathan Oliver of Bentonville, Ark.; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren with one great-grandchild on the way; and five brothers.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at Eastside Assembly Church of Bentonville, with Brother Dick Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs, Ark.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2014, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Ark.

Mary Joanne Bailey, 79, of Bentonville, Arkansas, died on January 16, 2022. She was born on December 22, 1942, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Miles and Mary Duncan.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Bailey; her parents; and her brother, Jerry Duncan.

She is survived by her daughters, Penny Almond and husband Joseph, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Jerrie Foster, of Bentonville, Arkansas; one son, Virgil Oliver, of Bentonville, Arkansas; one brother, Tommy Duncan and wife Carolyn, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M, with a funeral service immediately following at 2:00 P.M.
