*When Nellie Mae Allen was born in December 1897, her father, Eli, was 27, and her mother, Jennie, was 23. She married Elbert W Walls on November 2, 1913, in White, Arkansas. They had one child during their marriage. She died in February 1986 at the age of 88, and was buried in Searcy, Arkansas.
