*When Willard Harrison Capps was born on January 10, 1889, in Tuscumbia, Missouri, his father, Henry, was 26 and his mother, Clementine, was 25. He married Ily May Ellingwood on July 16, 1905. They had five children in 17 years. He died on May 28, 1979, in Pangburn, Arkansas, at the age of 90, and was buried there.
