Susan Ann (Clayton) King made the most of her 64 years in this life by spending every available weekend and spare day doing something fun with family and friends. She enjoyed living a full life of working hard and playing hard. She stayed on the go with her wide array of hobbies throughout the years, which had her crossing paths with many, and they were blessed for it. Whether it was shooting hoops, throwing a softball, catching a fish, hunting, riding a motorcycle, or just spending quality time with those dear to her; as long as it was good company she was all in!
Susan was a soft spoken lady of few words, well respected in her community, and loved by all that knew her. She always had a smile and a kind word for those she met. Her special quite bond with her side-kick “HD”, her only grandchild, is a love and bond that is beyond words of description. The love, concern, and devotion she showed daily to her husband Allen, and sons Paul and Derick was a thing of awe and beauty. There wasn’t a day passed that she didn’t care for them first and foremost.
Our precious Susan may have been soft spoken, but she was bold in her faith, fierce in the face of trials, funny if you knew her well and feared nothing when the end was near.
