Lois Van Dusen Billos, age 94, of Malvern, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in Malvern, Arkansas. She was born January 30, 1923 in Malvern to the late Ralph Earl and Alethye Tantlinger Van Dusen. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband and father of her children Joseph Martin Skarda, Sr., her second husband Harry Billos, brothers James Van Dusen, Junior Van Dusen, sisters Dot Anderson, Tilly Carver, Betty Horn, Millie Williams and Thelma Williams and granddaughter Julie Ann Skarda.

Survivors are her sons Larry Van Skarda (Sherry) of Harrison, Idaho, Joseph M “Joe” Skarda, Jr., (Janice) of Wesley Chapel, Florida, sisters DeNora Dial of Plano, Texas, Frances Brown of Malvern, grandchildren Larry Van Skarda, Jr., great-grandchildren Chase Skarda, Jett Skarda great-great granddaughter AnnaBelle numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 28, 2017, 10:00-12:00 at Regency Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 12 noon at Regency Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bruce Bennett officiating. Burial at Rockport Memorial Gardens.

Honorary Pallbearers are Chris Williams, Tom Williams, Ralph Williams, Brian Williams, and Carol Ann Simmons.

Arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home.
