June 9, 1944 - May 17, 2018
Frances Southard, 73, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away May 17, 2018. She was born June 9, 1944 in Charleston, West Virginia to the late J. Paul and Edith Adeline Vaughan.
Frances was a member of Harvey’s Chapel Baptist Church and Elks Lodge #380. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband; Jim Southard.
Survivors include her sons; Paul Simpson and Keith Simpson, daughter; Dawn Thissen, her brother; Art Vaughan, sister; Ann Lloyd, along with 11 beautiful grandchildren, 1 adorable great grandchild, and many loved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday May 23, 2018 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Hot Springs Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 1:00 PM at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Buddy Leamons officiating.
