William Russell Lingo was born June 15, 1914 in Rudy, Arkansas to Matthew and Ira Long Lingo.
He passed from this life September 20. 1989 in Van Buren.
He was a retired Contractor with Rapier Plumbing Co.
He was survived by his wife, Ada Sharrah Lingo.
