*Nomia Bell Hawks Quattlebaum was born on March 9, 1905, in Arkansas. She married Gilbert Fredrick Quattlebaum on July 3, 1921. They had two children during their marriage. She died on January 23, 1986, in Searcy, Arkansas, at the age of 80, and was buried in White, Arkansas.
