Johnny C. Wright, 84 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017 in Paris. He was born on March 27, 1933 in Hermitage, Tennessee to his parents, Harvey and Barbara (Engel) Wright. Johnny was a retired newspaper carrier for the Times Record in Fort Smith, attended the First Christian Church in Paris and was a United States Army Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Barbara (Engel) Wright; his first wife, Betty Wright and his brothers, Allen Wright.
He is survived by his wife of almost fifteen years, Ruth Patterson Wright of Paris; his son, Paul Wright of Paris; one granddaughter, Serena Wright of Paris and one great-granddaughter, Lydia Wright of Paris.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am., on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. H.C. Varnadore. Burial will follow in McVay Cemetery in Paris
