Ronny Floyd Harris, 73, of El Dorado, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at his residence. He was born August 25, 1947 to William "Bill” Gideon and Doris Cook Gideon in El Dorado, AR.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, a Sr. Vice Commander at the VFW, a lineman supervisor for Entergy, and a member of the First Baptist Church of Norphlet.

Preceding him in death are his parents; and sister, Linda Kellum.

Ronny is survived by his wife of 9 1/2 years, Gayle Harris of El Dorado, two daughters, Ange Bintliff (Matthew) of Conway, Brittney Harris McVay of Smackover; two sons, Bob Leveritt (Bambi) of El Dorado, Chris Hudson of El Dorado; grandchildren, Mason and Chloe Bintliff, Tanner and Taylon McVay, Karly Chambers (Jon), and Jacy Smith.

Active pallbearers will be Allen Williams, Casey Williams, George Fennel, James Machen, Mike Claypoole and Randy Williams.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 23, 2021 in Young’s Chapel with Rev. Eddie Anderson officiating. Visitation will begin at noon until service time. Burial will follow at Old Parkers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
