*When Effie M Rodgers was born on January 3, 1880, in Iowa, her father, James, was 28, and her mother, Martha, was 22. She married William Homer Neaville on February 18, 1900. They had four children during their marriage. She died on July 19, 1964, in Arkansas at the age of 84.
