SPRINGDALE — Bobbie Jean Mathis, 69, died Oct. 31, 2008, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born Feb. 23, 1939, in Springdale to Oliver and Lois Merritt Cordes.
She was a bookkeeper.
Survivors include her husband, Bobbie G. Mathis of the home; one son, Phillip Jason Mathis of Pine Bluff.
Cremation arrangements were by Sisco Chapel in Springdale, www.siscofuneral.com.
