Graveside services and burial for Bobbie Jean Valentine Dyer, 50, of Knoxville, Tenn., who died Wednesday, June 23, 2010, in Knoxville, Tenn., were at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 26, at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. David Hanshaw officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
She was a former resident of Clarksville, daughter of the late Carroll Dean and JoAnn Lemley Valentine and granddaughter of the late W.T. and Irene Price Volentine and the late Rufe and Bobbie Condren Lemley.
Survivors include two daughters, Patti Dyer and Carole Dyer of Knoxville, Tenn.; one son, Dillan Dyer of Knoxville, Tenn.; one sister, Mary Freels and husband, Clay, of Rockwood, Tenn.; one brother, Joe Valentine and wife, Marjorie, of Kingsport, Tenn.; one nephew, Hayden Freels of Rockwood, Tenn.; and two nieces, Samantha and Katelyn Freels of Rockwood, Tenn.
