Mountain Home - Betty Ruth Lehr, age 87, of Mountain Home passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Betty was born May 20, 1930 in St. Croix, Virgin Islands to Thomas and Gertrude (Speer) Stubbs.
Betty married the love of her life, John C. Lehr on August 28, 1946 in Lake Elsinore, CA. After John's retirement, they started training horses as a hobby. They loved going cruisin' and were always planning their next adventure. Betty was a very loving mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all those that knew her.
Betty is survived by: two daughters, Kathie (Del) DeBord of Fontana, CA and Connie (Steve) Webber of Mountain Home, AR; two sons, Gary (Razy) Lehr of Fontana, CA and Jeff (Flo) Lehr of Yucaipa, CA; 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and one sister, Phyllis Whitmore of Decatur, IL, as well as a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by: her parents, Thomas and Gertrude; her husband, John C. Lehr; a son, John Thomas Lehr, and a granddaughter, Rebekkah Mae Lehr.
Services are private. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
