Manuel Borges Leal, 84, of Clarksville died Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010, at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock.
He was a native of Tipton, Calif., son of the late John Borges and Maria Borges Leal, member of First United Methodist Church, Navy and Marine veteran of World War II and Korean War, and a supervisor with Arco Refinery Company for several years.
