Odie Esther Harrison, 95, of North Little Rock died Monday, January 11, 2010. She was born October 16, 1914 in Mount Vernon, Arkansas to the late James Clark and Esther Belle Spradlin Baker. Mrs. Harrison was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and she enjoyed quilting. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Owen Harrison; four brothers, Oscar, Richard, Clifton and Olin Baker, as well as one grandchild and one great grandchild.

Mrs. Harrison is survived by one son; Raymond Harrison of Mayflower, three daughters; Emogene Tindall of North Little Rock, Shirley Summerhill of Rison, and Carolyn Hoover of Little Rock as well as three sisters; Bessie Williams of Conway, Rachael Edgmon of Damascus, and Dorothy Bush of California. Mrs. Harrison has 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located at 905 Kierre in North Little Rock with burial to follow at Baker Cemetery in Barney, Arkansas with Bishop Carlton Wing officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Arrangements are under the direction of Moores Cabot Funeral Home (501)843-5816.
