Kenneth E. Griffith Sr., 65, of Clarksville died Sunday, May 18, 2003, at his home.

He was born at Ozone, son of the late Oscar James and Susie Marie Estep Griffith, member of Second Baptist Church, and former employee of Quick Service Laundry and Cleaners and Mid South Roller.

Survivors include his widow, Joann Tong Griffith; one daughter, Jolena Tollison of Clarksville; two sons, Robert J. Griffith of Lamar and Edward Griffith Jr. of Savannah, Ga.; two brothers, R. B. Griffith and Vernon Griffith, both of Clarksville; eight grandchildren, Tara Griffith, Rena Johnson, Melissa Tripp, Tamara Tollison, Christie Tollison and Rusty Mize, all of Clarksville, and Gabriel Griffith and Luke Griffith, both of Savannah, Ga.; and one great-grandchild, Matthew Tripp of Clarksville.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel with Rev. Matt Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Kendall Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Fred Dougan, Doug Hatchett, Larry Kasper, Rick Dailey, Travis Wilson, and Ronnie Greene.

Tong JoAnn Griffith, 70, of Clarksville died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith.

She was a native of Ogden, daughter of the late Noah and Pauline Acord Tong, widow of Kenneth Griffith Sr., and member of Second Baptist Church.
