Vernon Loyd Jones, 80, of Clarksville, died Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at St. Edward's Hospital in Fort Smith. Born Tuesday, June 16, 1931 in Hunt, AR to Loyd and Emmie (Swafford) Jones; he was an elder and member of Coal Hill Church of Christ; retired welder from Central Foundry and Stove where he worked for 30 plus years. He loved farming the land and caring for his cattle. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Dellaine Lohman Jones; one daughter: Doris (Lindy) Harvey, Hunt, AR; three grandchildren: Dee (Shaun) Bailey, Hunt, AR; Jody (Abishak) Dogra, Boston, MA; and Matt (Jackie) Ross, Hunt, AR; four great-grandchildren: Harley, Hailey, Noah, and Logan; one brother: Wayne Jones, Hunt, AR; and one sister: Ruth Timmerman, Hunt, AR. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Curtis, Horace, and J. T. Jones; and one sister: Edna Jones Morrow.

Visitation will be 4-6, Friday at Roller-Cox Funeral Home, Clarksville. Jim Bullock and John Ballard will conduct funeral services at 2:00 P.M, Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Coal Hill Church of Christ. Pallbearers will be Gary Jones, Jerry Jones, Charles Jones, Loyd Wayne Jones, Paul Timmerman, and John "Bud" Morrow. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery, Coal Hill, AR. Services are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home, Clarksville, AR.

Dellaine Dora Lohman Jones of Hunt went to her eternal reward on Friday, October 19th, 2018, at the age of 85. She was retired from the Clarksville Shoe Factory/Monroe Company after 25 years of service. She was a member of the Coal Hill Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Vernon Jones; her parents, Owen and Dessie Lohman; a brother, Wilburn Lohman; and two sisters, Myrtice Oakley and Angie Franklin Bannan, all of Texas.

She is survived by one daughter, Doris Harvey and her husband Lindy, and grandchildren Dee Bailey and her husband Shaun; Jody Dogra and her husband Abhishek; and Matt Ross and his wife Jackie. She also had five great-grandchildren whom she also held very dear; Harley Bailey, Hailey Bailey, Noah Bailey, Logan Ross, and Kian Dogra. She also leaves behind five siblings; Edward Lohman and his wife Helen; Melvin Lohman, Dessie Perkins and her husband Jean; Bessie Buffington and her husband Merwin;, and Frances Lohman, all of Texas, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 2:00 -4:00 P.M. Sunday October 21, 2018 at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Jones funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 22, 2018 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Bullock officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill cemetery with Gary Jones, Charles Jones, Jerry Jones, Paul Timmerman, Matt Ross and Shaun Bailey serving as pallbearers.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home
