Nadine C. Gaines, age 89, of Texarkana, Texas died October 27, 2008, in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Gaines was born September 24, 1919, in Nashville, Arkansas. She was a retired Legal Secretary for Arnold and Arnold and was the former Miller County Circuit Clerk. She was a member of Walnut Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her husband R.B. Gaines.
She is survived by two brothers Bob Cornish of Dallas, Texas and Joe Cornish of Texas City, Texas; a cousin and her husband Linda and Jim Trapp of Texarkana, Texas; a special friend Christi Davis of Hooks, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at East Memorial Gardens with John Cannon officiating.
