Liliana Pizzardi was born on September 1, 1932, in Tarabulus, Tarabulus, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, the daughter of Agatha and Salvator. She married Willie Stachey on July 17, 1954, in Kootenai, Idaho. They had one child during their marriage. She died in December 2012 in Deer Park, Texas, at the age of 80, and was buried in Story, Arkansas.

Willie graduated from Mount Ida High School in 1948. He joined his famiy in Oxnard, Ca where he lived and worked before joining the Air Force. He married Lillian Pizzarki in 1955. The had three children: Stephen Gene, Deborah Ada and Larry Dean. He retired from the Oxnard Police Department after twenty-five years and moved to Montgomery County for 5 years before moving to Florida.
