Zeleuda Qualls, 83, of Blytheville, AR., died Saturday, January 12, 2013, at Heritage Square Nursing Home.
Born in Manila, AR., to Sam and Mattie Palmer Fleeman.
She was a bookkeeper for Dr. Pepper Bottling Company for 23 years. She was also employed as a bookkeeper at Littrell-Ozier Ford, Sam Black Motor Company and Carlock Pontiac. Mrs. Qualls was a member of First United Methodist Church, where she loved to sing and was a choir member for over 30 years. She enjoyed sewing and do-it-yourself projects and she claimed her greatest accomplishments in life were her children.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Y.V. Qualls.
Mrs. Qualls is survived by her children, Mary Knight and husband, Billy of Dell, AR; Victor Qualls and wife, Toni of Pine Bluff, AR and Anita Singleton and husband, Sam of Conway, AR; grandchildren, Mike Qualls and wife, Amy, Stacy Qualls, Kim Parnell, Kristi Cowger and husband, Bill, Niki Schumacher and husband, Chris and Sam Knight; 13 great grand-children and 2 great great grand-children.
Funeral services will were held in Cobb Funeral Home chapel.
