Mrs. Huey passed away at 93. Daughter of Carl Randolph Adkisson & Mary (Cecil) Adkisson, sister of Annie Stewart. Wife of Robert "Bob" Wesley Huey, 4 children, Charles "Sonny" Garner [Ruth],
William Ray Huey, Steve Wesley Huey (died in infancy) & Barbara Ann Wright. Mrs. Huey was a retired desk clerk for Fairfield Communities & was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Effie loved to can food that she grew in her garden, enjoyed quilting & was adored by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, sons William & Steve, daughter Barbara, 2 grandchildren, Randy Garner & Sandy (Garner) Cook, & a great-grandson, Richard Bell. Survived by her son Charles, 2 daughters-in-law Ruth Garner & Eileen Huey, 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren & a great-great-great-grandchild.
