Michal Justiss, 60, of Fayetteville, AR, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at Washington Regional Willard Walker Hospice. He was born July 28, 1952, to Tommy and Billie Mae Blackard Justiss in El Dorado. He worked as Regional Sales Manager for Cox Media for over 16 years and was a member of the First Christian Church in El Dorado and Cross Church Fayetteville. Michal is preceded in death by his first wife, Rhonda Justiss. Survivors include his loving wife, Sherry of Fayetteville, AR. Six children, Kelley Caldwell and her husband Dan of Colorado Springs, CO; Peter Justiss, Gretchen Rice of Fayetteville, AR, Chad Mathews and his wife Heather of Lexington, KY, Jared Mathews and his wife Jennifer of Hot Springs, AR, and Blake Mathews and his wife Brittany of Fayetteville, AR; and twelve grandchildren. His parents Billie Mae and Tommy Justiss, one sister, Sharon Kay Speer and her husband Gary, one niece, Allison Posey and her husband Alan, and one nephew, Lee Speer all of El Dorado. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, January 25th, at Young’s Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 26th, at First Christian Church in El Dorado with Rev. Bill Odom and Rev. Tom Whitworth officiating. Burial will follow at Fredonia Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
