When George Browder Price was born on December 6, 1886, in Auburn, Kentucky, his father, George, was 32 and his mother, Fannie, was 28. He married Dora Leona Stewart on August 12, 1916, in Arkansas City, Arkansas. They had two children during their marriage. He died in 1954 in Stuttgart, Arkansas, at the age of 68, and was buried there.
