Therman Shephard, 86, of Corning, Ark. died Friday, Jan. 14, 2005 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould, Ark.

Mr. Shephard was born on Dec. 25, 1918 in Reyno, Ark. A veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp., he was member of the First Baptist Church in Corning, Ark. He was a retired electrician and appliance service manager.

On June 7, 1947, he married Beverly Shephard.

Also surviving is his brother, Van Shephard of Corning, Ark.

The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning, Ark., with the Rev. David Richey officiating. Burial will be at Corning Cemetery.
