Ella Talkington Holland
CORNING -- Ella Talkington Glass Holland, 94, formerly of Corning and a resident of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Holland was born in Neelyville, Butler County, MO on August 16, 1912 to Luther and Eva Lee Snyder Glass. She was married to Robert Talkington and then later to Vernon Holland.
Survivors include two sons, Jim Talkington and Jerry Talkington; one stepson, Marvin Lee Holland; one stepdaughter, Sue Leach of Corning; six grandchildren; four step grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday in Ermert Funeral Home at Corning with services to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Corning Cemetery.
Family requests that memorial donations be made to UCAN, 2620 North Westwood Blvd., Poplar Bluff 63901.
