Herbert H Willis, Born Sept 16,1929 in De Ann, Arkansas, passed from this life to be with his Lord on November 25,2019 in Little Rock, Ar. He served in the Army during the Korean conflict. He was a dedicated member and served as a deacon at Park Place Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Retired from WH Curtain after 40 years. He loved his Lord, family and provided sacrificial care to both his wife and son during their illnesses.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Bobbye Faye Burke Willis, his parents, James Ray Willis and Iber Martindale Willis. Sisters: Laverne Willis McDonald, Martha Jane Willis Cummings, Josephine Willis. Brothers: Doyle Willis, Clyde Willis, Frank Willis, Fred Willis, Coy Willis, Almer Willis.
Survived by son, H Don Willis and wife Linda, and Mark E Willis of Conway. Sisters Shirley Willis Reese, Carol Willis Misenheimer, Brothers, Arthur Willis, Jimmy Willis. 2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 3 gg grandchildren, Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, Saturday, November 30, 2019 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main Street Hope, Arkansas 71801.
Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Saturday, November 30, 2019 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. John Nations officiating. Internment following at Memory Gardens.
Arrangements are with BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie BRAZZEL, Director.
