Mrs. Louise Whitehouse, 70, of 302 North St., died Monday afternoon in a local hospital. She was the widow of Samuel Rex Whitehouse. Mrs. Whitehouse came to Camden 38 years ago, and was a member of the Cullendale First Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Clinton Cooper of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Steve and Ray Givens of Camden; two sisters, Mrs. Russett Taylor of North Little Rock, and Mrs. Estelle Tabb Ramsey of Pine Bluff; two grandchildren, Mark and Terri Cooper of Dallas. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Proctor's Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. (Camden News - October 12, 1971)
