Mrs. Ethelyn Hasselrooth Tackett, Biloxi, Miss, died Wednesday at her home. She was born in Fourbush, Iowa and was the daughter of Hugo and Bertha Woodford Hasselrooth. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Gulfport, Miss. Survivors include her husband, Herbert H. Tackett, Biloxi; one daughter, Mrs. Herbert C. Gray El Dorado and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the First Christian Church in El Dorado with the Rev. Alan A. Abraham officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Young's. Pallbearers will be Bill Murray, Richard Smith, Otis Wilson, Stacy Wright, Durwood Sims and Jimmy Long. The body will arrive in El Dorado Friday night. (El Dorado Times - May 16, 1969)
