FORT WORTH, Texas - Floy Nadine Muehlberg, 83, of Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Siloam Springs, Ark., died July 5, 2016, at St. John's Residential Care Home, Fort Worth, Texas. Born Nov. 23, 1932, in Bennington, Okla., she was the daughter of Sim A. Collier and Bessie (Worley) Collier.
Floy and Jerry Muehlberg were married Oct. 23, 1954. She was a PBX operator for Dillard's and a switchboard operator for the University of Arkansas and later owned and operated Ms. Floy's Day Care.
Floy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Eric Muehlberg of New Castle, Okla., and Tim Muehlberg of Azle, Texas; daughter, Lorie Shinn and husband, Darryl of Fort Worth, Texas, and three grandchildren Rebecka Muehlberg, Gracie and Bethany Shinn.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday, July 11, 2016, at Siloam Springs Assembly of God Church. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery; Siloam Springs, Ark. Visitation will be 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Monday, July ll, 2016, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Ark. To sign the online guestbook, visit www.wassonfuneralhome.com.
