Jo Ann Baldwin, age 78, of Arkadelphia, passed from this life on Monday, December 2, 2019 at Courtyard Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center in Arkadelphia. She was born June 19, 1941 in Hot Springs, the daughter of the late Mike and Mary Jackson Parker. Jo Ann was retired from the senior citizens center. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church of Arkadelphia. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Baldwin, one granddaughter, Kaitlyn Euper and one daughter in law, Kim Euper.

Survivors are two sons, Steven Euper (Tammy) of Ocean Springs, MS, and Theodore Euper of New Orleans, one brother, Mike Parker (Paulette) of Hot Springs, six grandchildren, Jeanette Euper, Toni Euper, Teddy Euper III, Steven Euper Jr., Michael Euper and Stefanie Euper all of New Orleans, two great grandchildren, Steven Euper III and Sara Euper both of New Orleans.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Welch Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Rogers officiating.

Visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Richwoods Cemetery.

Final arrangements are entrusted to The Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia. Visit www.welchfh.net to sign the guest book.
