Tommie Bernice (Williams) Billingsley Adcock daughter of Thomas Williams and Lydia Holt Williams. Tommie Bernice (Williams) Billingsley Adcock born in Franklin, Izard County, Arkansas died in Lewisville, Denton County, Texas.

Tommie Adcock
Tommie Adcock, 85, of Lewisville, Texas, and former resident of Arkansas died Feb. 6, 2008, in Lewisville. She was born Feb. 12, 1922, in Franklin, Ark., daughter of Thomas and Lydia Holt Williams. She married Harry H. Billingsley who preceded her in death. She later married William "Bill" Adcock on Feb. 24, 1983.
She was a member of Lewisville Church of Christ; the Beta Sigma Phi, the Sharp County Historical Society, and was a former member of the Horseshoe Bend Chamber of Commerce. She was a former vice president of the Bank of Franklin.
She is survived by: her daughter, Lucille B. Jones and husband, John of The Colony, Texas; a son, Steve Billingsley and wife, Patty of Aubrey, Texas; four grandchildren, Lacy, Stevi, Jonette and Chris and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Feb. 8 at Lewisville Church of Christ. Burial followed Feb. 11 at the Violet Hill Cemetery in Izard County, Ark. Arrangements were by Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home of Lewisville.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Children's Home, Inc., 5515 Old Walcott Road, Paragould, AR 72450.
