A graveside service for Loretta F. Covington of Midway will be at 3PM today at Heiskill Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Michael Shy officiating. Miss Covington died Tuesday (May 30, 2001) at her residence. She was 60.
She was born Aug 1, 1940, in Buford community to the late Edward Eugene and Effie Mamie Covington. She was a lifetime area resident and a homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo.
She was a member of the Protestant faith.
She is survived by a brother, Gene Covington and wife, Karen, of Whiteville; a sister, Maye Rose and husband, Dwight, of Midway; nephews, Russell Covington and wife, Carilla, of Mt. Home, Ray Covington and wife, Susan, of Flippin, and Gerald Rose of Midway; and nieces Julia Buck of Whiteville and Donna Inskeep and husband, Danny, of Mt. Home. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers are Gerald Rose, Danny Inskeep, Cody Inskeep, Russell Covington, Nathan Buck and Ray Covginton.
Arrangement are by Roller Funeral Home.
