When Owen Clinton Wallace was born on March 13, 1892, in Arkansas, Arkansas, his father, Carson, was 30 and his mother, Martha, was 30. He married Lucy E. Webb on February 8, 1922, in his hometown. They had three children during their marriage. He died in July 1976 in DeWitt, Arkansas, at the age of 84.
