*Obituary
Treva Anna (Nix) Wiggins, 68, of Mabelvale, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Treva was born May 10, 1947 in Magnolia to the late Jessie Thomas and Ollie Vida (McCormic) Nix.

She grew up in Magnolia with her brother, the late Anthony Nix, family and many friends. She later moved to Shreveport, La., and gave birth to her sons Scott Harlan and Mark Christian as well as forming many friendships.

She loved to draw and paint and in 1993 she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, where she had a whole “family of friends” from the art department.

Treva had a strong relationship with God and was always eager to talk with others about the love of Jesus Christ. She was filled with joy when her sons and her grandchildren accepted Jesus Christ into their lives. She was a ray of sunshine, always bringing joy to those around her.

She is survived by her two sons, Scott Wiggins of Mabelvale and Mark and Shannon Wiggins of Cabot; grandchildren, Savannah Grace Wiggins and Christian Thomas Wiggins; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends at the visitation from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 16 at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 17 at Lewis Chapel with Bro. Kevin Edwards officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home of Magnolia.

Memorial donations may be made to Central Baptist Church, 207 W. Union, Magnolia, Ark. 71753.
