Minnie Tucker, 93, of Atkins, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at St Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born January 29, 1924, in Atkins, daughter of William and Ora Reid Standridge. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Delbert Tucker; brothers, Carl Standridge and Robert “Lightning” Standridge; several infant brothers and sisters; and great-grandchild, Mae Lee Holcomb.She is survived by sons, Jack Tucker and fiancée Patsy Millner, and Lewis Tucker and wife Janice; daughter, Ora Mae and husband Donald Helton; sisters, Clara Standridge, Janette Lewis, and Hazel King; grandchildren, Elisha (Clint) Petty, Rhonda Tucker, Evonna Hubbard, Misty (Howard) Ridenhour, Lee Marie (Alan) Yarbrough, John (Brittney) Hodge, and Heather (Joey Don) Holcomb; step-grandchildren, Celeste Helton and Andrew Helton; 30 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Avery Coonts, Tucker Coonts, Carter Coonts, John Robert Hodge, Remington Hodge, Gavin Little, Alex Ridenhour, and Frankie Tollison. Honorary pallbearer was James Byrum.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Dr Rutherford and the nurses and staff of St Mary’s 4th Floor as well as the Atkins Nursing and Care Center.
