Obituary
Barbara Lee Reed Welcher, 79, of Malvern, went to her heavenly reward at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock on Saturday, March 26, 2011, with her family at her bedside. She was born May 7, 1931 to the late Bearl S and Berah Gray Reed. She was a housewife and an avid quilter. She was a member of the Church of Christ faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 62 years, Ray Welcher; a son, Donald Ray Welcher; a brother, Bearl E Reed; and three sisters, Hazel May, Helen Lackey, and Elsie Reed.
Survivors are a son, Steven Welcher (Beth) of Malvern, four daughters, Sharon Rentfro (Carroll), Bobbie Diane Reyes, and Kathy Davis (Chuck) of Malvern and Debbie Beason (Lewis) of Sheridan; ten grandchildren, Christy Beason, Amy Smith (Adam) Michael Beason (Cindy), Heather Brown (Chris), Tiffany Davis, Franchesca Reyes, Brittany Davis, Kirstie Wibblesman, Candace Davis, and Amber Stroup; and four great-grandchildren, Gavin Brown, Charlize Brown, Emorie Wibblesman, and Ethan Zachary Beason; and her beloved cat, Miss Kitty.
