Wife of Charles W Discher
February 17, 1883 - June 12, 1967
Mrs. Lula U. Discher, 84, died Monday in a Baton Rouge, La. hospital. Mrs. Discher, a former resident of El Dorado, was a member of the First Baptist Church of El Dorado. She was the widow of the late Charles W. Discher. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. J. V. (Dorothy) Green of Baton Rouge; one brother, Sherman T. Hopper of Dunkin, Ind.; one granddaughter, two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the Pratt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tom E. Bray officiating. The family will be at the residence of Miss Dorothy Mason, 418 W. Elm St. (El Dorado Daily News - June 15, 1967)
