GENTRY - Bonnie Jo Jeffus, 87 of Gentry, Ark., died Feb. 10, 2015, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab, Siloam Springs, Ark. Born June 7, 1927, in Purcell, Okla., she was the daughter of Charles Albert and Elizabeth (Hodges) Whitlock.

Bonnie and Jephthah T. Jeffus were married July 1, 1947, in Canadian, Texas. She was a member of the Springtown Church of Christ and Gentry TOPS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, three sisters, her husband and infant son John Mark.

Survivors include her son, Paul Jeffus and wife Troiella of Gentry, Ark.; daughters, Cynthia Langford and husband Alan of Huntsville, Ala., Georgia Harper and husband Keith of Gentry, Ark., and Terri Sue Myers and husband Roddy of Gentry, Ark.; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Ark., with Bro. James Luedecke officiating.

Burial will follow at Springtown Cemetery, Springtown, Ark. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Ark. To sign the guestbook, visit www.wassonfuneralhome.com. Local arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Ark.
