{Resolutions of Respect}At the meeting of the Knights of Horse, Valley Grove Lodge No. 20, the following was adopted: Whereas, It has pleased Almighty God to remove from our midst our worthy brothers, H.M. Maguire and J.R. Thomas, therefore be it Resolved, That while we bow in humble submission to the Divine will, we here place on record the esteem in which they were held by the members of this lodge and the regret felt by every citizen in the loss of two of the worthiest members of the community. Resolved, That we tender our sympathies to the bereaved families, and that copies of these resolutions be furnished them. Resolved, That our county papers be requested to publish these resolutions.
