Freddie Kate Brown, 96, of Charleston passed away March 12, 2018 in Charleston, Arkansas. She was born June 7, 1921 to the late Austin Augustus & Lydia Viola Essman Rice. She was also preceded in death by her husband Paul Brown, 2 brothers & 1 sister. Left to cherish her memory is 1 daughter Barbara Beard.
