Albert G. Gage, aged 80 of El Dorado formerly of Chidester died in an El Dorado hospital at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday. Mr. Gage was born February 19, 1885 near Camden, Arkansas. He was a retired timberman, and a member of the Redhill Methodist Church near Chidester. He is survived by two sons, C. C. Gage, Sr. of Galen Park, Texas, and J. E. Gage of Jonesboro; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Williams of El Dorado, and Mrs. Ezra Bussell of Galena Park, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. C. J. Smith of Ft. Smith, and Mrs. W. W. Riffe of Camden, eleven grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Redhill Methodist Church near Chidester. Burial will be in the Redhill cemetery by Proctor Funeral Service. (Camden News - December 23, 1965)
