Claudette Prosser, 66, of McGehee AR passed away Monday April 9, 2012 at McGehee Desha County Hospital.
Mrs. Prosser was born to the late P.C. and Emma Patton Roberts on July 3, 1945 in Dermott, AR. She is also preceded in death by her son Robert D. Prosser, and a brother Freddy Roberts.
She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society of St. Mary's Catholic Church and helped with the McGehee Food Pantry.
Mrs. Prosser is survived by her husband Dr. Robert Prosser of McGehee AR, three sons; Joseph Prosser of Fort Smith AR, Paul Prosser (Stacy) of McGehee AR and Michael Prosser of McGehee AR, one daughter Paige Cashion (Mark) of McGehee, three brothers; Paul Roberts of Quitman AR, Pat Roberts of McGehee AR and Tim Roberts of Dyersburg TN, one sister Sarah Wimsett of Smackover AR, and six grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00am Wednesday April 11, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in McGehee. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 with Rosary at 6pm Tuesday April 10, 2011 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service of McGehee with Father Rajasekhar Chappidi officiating. Burial will follow in McGehee Cemetery.
