Mary Canice Richards, 85, of North Little Rock went to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 15, 2013. She was born in Bernard, IA to the late Edward and Mary (Gaffney) Grace. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Robert Richards, and two brothers, Al and Clete Grace.

Mary worked for many years as a bookkeeper while in Iowa and Arkansas. Her last position was with North Little Rock Advertising and Promotions where she worked for many years.

Mary was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where she was active in the Alter Society. She was also a member of the Rhubarb Club and enjoyed attending the Shepherd Center and the Hayes Senior Center.

Survivors includes two sons; Steve Richards of Texarkana, TX and Phillip Richards (Dayna) of Ft. Smith. AR; one daughter, Jan de Regnier of Urbandale, IA; four grandchildren, J.T. Richards of Dora, AR, Parker Nolen of Ft. Smith, AR, Cole Richards of Little Rock, AR and Hilary Nolen of Ft. Smith, AR; one brother, Tom Grace of Wheaton, IL; two sisters, Eleanor Schuster of Dubuque, IA and Winnie Hayes of Cedar Falls, IA; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
