Mary “Tennie” Janelle Collier Linker, age 78 of North Little Rock, passed away February 24th, 2016 at Baptist Health Medical Center North Little Rock. She was born on May 16th, 1937 in Centerville, Arkansas; she was the daughter of Freddie Collier and Nell Mae Heffley.

Mary was a devoted wife of 51 years and loving mother. She was a member of Christian Assembly of God in Sherwood, and enjoyed cooking and taking care of and loving her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Bill, her husband of 51 years; her mother, father and sister Tootsie.

Survivors include her 6 children: Lisa (Gary) Lopez of Booneville, AR; Robert Linker of Jacksonville, AR; Leslie Grimes (Gary Slott) of Van Buren, AR; Denise (David) Guajardo of North Little Rock, AR; Kelly (Darin) Redus of North Little Rock, AR; Sonya (Randy) Pettit of North Little Rock, AR. Her 7 grandchildren: Denisha, Dylan, Madison, Amber, Austin, Nokona, and Keely. Her 2 sisters: Patsy Roush of Dardanelle, AR and Bobbie Douglass of Heber Springs, AR and her 1 brother Joe (Shirley) Collier of Sherwood, AR and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Burial will be at North Little Rock Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery on March 3, 2016 at 1:00pm.
