BENTONVILLE - Barbara Jean Jeffries, 74, of Bentonville passed away July 5, 2017, in her home surrounded by family. She was born April 14, 1943, in Fresno, Calif., the daughter of Ruben and Marjorie Love Birkle. Barbara retired from Walmart as a bookkeeper.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Dan Birkle and one sister, Evelyn Hunley. She is survived by her children, Ellen Brewington and husband David, Debra Simpson and husband Timothy, Robin Creeden, Robert C. Jeffries, Brian Jeffries and wife Michelle; two sisters, Elnora Harness and Carolyn Howard; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 9, 2017, from noon to 2 p.m. with services at 2 p.m. at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Interment will follow in the Bentonville Cemetery, Bentonville, Ark. Online condolences to www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com.
