Theresa Alma McCaughey, 91, of Rogers died July 23 at the Rose Care Nursing Center. She was born Aug. 27, 1894, at Riley, Wis., to Septimus and Christina Schaeffer Ireland. She moved to the Rogers area in 1972 from South Dakota. She had worked 14 years as a telephone operator at Tyler, Minn., and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star at St. Lawrence, S.D. She attended Southside Church of Christ in Rogers.
Survivors include one daughter, Betty Geary of Rogers, and five grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial are set for 10 a.m. today at Rogers Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Morrison officiating under direction of (cut off) Funeral Home of Rogers.
