FARMINGTON - Carole Ann Cooper, 66, of Farmington, died Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, at Fayetteville. She was born March 29, 1945, in Huntsville, Ark., the daughter of Dale Lloyd and Maxine Faulkner Barron.
She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Cooper of Farmington; two uncles, Andrew Barron of Huntsville and Goldman Barron of Hindsville and an aunt, Juanita Barron of California.
Since 1996, Carole battled cancer. Her smile, courage and optimism kept her and those around her going. She may be gone from us on earth but she is now in heaven healed and looking down on us with that wonderful smile. Lisa would like to thank the friends, family and staff at Highlands Oncology Group for their support through the years. Without it, this journey would not have been the same. Thank you!
A graveside service was held Feb. 10 at Farmington Cemetery, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
Memorials may be made to Highlands Oncology or Hope Cancer Research. To sign the online guest book, visit www.mooresfuneralchapel.com.
